Woman charged in burning death of grandfather
A woman has been charged with capital murder in the burning death of her grandfather.
According to Jackson Police Department, Tateanna Parker, 20, allegedly used gasoline to set her grandfather's home at 1716 Dixie Drive on fire Wednesday night.
Tommy Marshall, 66, died as a result of injuries he sustained in the fire.
Marshall is Jackson's 22nd homicide of 2017.
