The second of three suspects in a Tuesday drive-by homicide has turned himself in to police, officials said.

Evelyn Powell (left) and Keeunna Welch (right) are in custody, and Calvin Welch (center) is still being sought by police.

Keeunna Welch, 21, was allegedly in a vehicle that drove by a home on Paden Street on Tuesday when someone fired a weapon at the house and fatally struck Alexis Burkhart, 26, in the torso.

The driver of a white Dodge Durango that initially drove by the scene, Evelyn Powell, was said by police to have had a dating relationship with the victim. She was arrested Tuesday afternoon and Welch and his brother Calvin Welch, 32, were listed by police as additional suspects after they were said to be in a second vehicle from which the shots were allegedly fired.

Neither Burkhart nor Powell were residents of the home in which Burkhart was shot, officials said.

Authorities are still looking for Calvin Welch. All three suspects have been charged with murder and shooting into an occupied dwelling.
