Owner, 2 other men killed at Jackson pawn shop

Three elderly men were shot to death during a pawn shop robbery in Jackson Saturday night.

Police are seeking the owners or driver of this red Dodge Charger.

Jackson Police Department spokesman Cmdr. Tyree Jones said in a release that around 8:50 p.m., officers were called to  Bill’s Pawn Jewelry Coin/Stamp Exchange at 104 Wilmington St. on a report of several people shot inside the store.

Owner Cleveland "Bill" Mosley, 81, Robert Ivy, 60, and Ted McLemore, 77, were all found dead, shot at least once each, according to JPD. They were pronounced dead on scene.

As they investigated, police found several items were missing, including the surveillance equipment.

Police are looking for the driver or owner of the red Dodge Charger seen in surveillance video pulled from outside the store.

The homicides bring Jackson's total to 68 so far this year.
