The Enterprise-Journal reports that Dudley Ross, 52, was arrested around 12:35 a.m. Detective Shannon Sullivan said police received a call just after midnight that a shot had been fired at Ross' house on 13th Street, and that the alleged gunman was blind.

Ross was charged with possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, The E-J reports.

The incident report was incomplete as of late last week, and it was unclear who the intended target of the shooting was, or what the circumstances leading up to it were.

No one was injured in the shooting.
