Vegas continues to doubt Mississippi State in 2015

Mississippi State coach Dan Mullen hopes to repeat the success the Bulldogs enjoyed in 2014.

Another sports outlet picked Mississippi State to finish last in the Southeastern Conference's west division.

Bovada sports booking released the over/under win totals for college football on Thursday. It listed Mississippi State's at seven -- the fewest among SEC west teams. Texas A&M, at 7.5, was second fewest. Bovada listed the other five western division teams at 8.5 or more.

Arkansas, Ole Miss Auburn and LSU all were at 8.5. Alabama was at 9.5.

Bovada is the second Las Vegas sports booking agency that has little confidence in Mississippi State repeating its 10-win 2014.

The Golden Nuggett set lines for seven of MSU's SEC games. The Bulldogs are underdogs in all seven.

Las Vegas isn't the only place passing on MSU in 2015.

Athlon Sports and Phil Steele both project MSU to finish last in the SEC West. The AP slotted the Bulldogs in Birmingham Bowl at the end of the 2015 season.

For all the disrespect, Mississippi State is favored by 23.5 points in the season-opener against Southern Miss.
